Vote on PAESTA Constitutional Amendment
Add Article IV, Section 2, Paragraph 2, to the PAESTA Constitution:
"In the event the President is unable to perform the duties of the office, the President-Elect shall act in his/her behalf until the annual meeting at which time he/she shall assume the position of President."
Rationale for the Amendment
All of the other sections of Article IV have similar "In the case of disaster . . ." paragraphs designed to explain what to do if this situation arises (See Article IV, Sections 4 and 5)
