Independence Seaport Museum

The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program is a national initiative sponsored by the National Science Foundation that seeks to increase the number of talented science, technology, engineering, and mathematics majors and career professionals who become K-12 mathematics and science teachers by providing scholarships, stipends and academic programs.  Awardees commit to teaching two years in a high-need school district for each year of support they receive.

About School/Private Group Shows

We welcome school groups of all ages to the planetarium, including pre-K, as well as other private non-school groups (e.g. Mom's clubs, retirement centers, community groups, etc).
